负责燃气轮机的指导维护活动，包括制定维护计划、测试及监控设备运行趋势；开发和改进标准维护程序与事故控制流程；提供培训并领导电气团队执行预防性和纠正性维护，准备故障调查报告及技术支持。
岗位职责：
1、Responsible for guidance maintenance activities of the Gas Turbines including, but not limited to, directing maintenance, planning and conducting maintenance, tests, monitoring of equipment operating trends and taking initiative to prevent equipment trips and damage;
2、Develop, implement, audit and improve standard maintenance procedures, casualty control procedures and control room practices to good industry standards and ensure that the gas turbines are operated in compliance with relevant standards and best practices;
3、Continue and improve the effectiveness of the testing programs for gas turbine equipment; defined outcome is to improve equipment technical integrity and reliability;
4、Provide the training and developed as required to ensure knowledge of and ability to comply with Policies, Programs and Procedures;
5、Enable the Team in administering the preventative and corrective maintenance program in line with regulatory requirements;
6、Prepare and Submit Failure investigation reports, provide the technical support for maintenance team about Gas Turbines;
7、Lead and supervise electrical team perform the corrective and preventive maintenance for all the electrical equipment in the plant;
8、Provide information on modification on work policies, safety regulations, electrical codes and specifications;
9、Prepare method statements, prepare and ensure the approval of PTW, prepare spare-part kits, materials and consumables required for work execution;
10、Prepare work completion reports and proposals to order spare parts and materials.
任职要求：
1、Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
2、10 years of experience in Oil&
Gas Industry and min 5 years as Senior Shift Engineer / Shift Team Leader / Control Room Operator in Gas Turbine Power Plant;
3、Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word and ability to learn production control system software;
4、Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to organize, manage, and control workflow；
5、Advanced knowledge of risk management and safety requirements affecting the production；
6、Knowledge and understanding of the management, maintenance and control of plant operations；
7、Comprehensive understanding of gas turbine and reciprocating compressors performance. Proficiency in selection of the most efficient and reliable operation modes；
8、Good Leadership skills；
9、Minimum English level – upper-intermediate.
