About the role:

• Interfacing with senior managers in client’s real estate/facilities team and business units;
• Achievement of client satisfaction and key performance indicators;
• Managing risk in operations.
• Continuous improvements in staff morale, employee satisfaction and savings initiatives.

What this job involves:

Client Management

• Ensuring client satisfaction through excellent facilities management planning, delivery and support;
• Assist the SOM to compile the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the clients;
• To provide comprehensive vendor, engineering management, employee & soft services to the client, with a focus on continuous improvement. 

Operations Management

• To ensure vendors implement and execute client’s procedures and policies;
• Continuous optimization of processes, tools and documentation;
• Managing the soft services vendors and ensure cleanliness and tidiness of client’s facilities at all times;
• On-call availability after office hours for emergency recalls as and required;
• Establish and manage the delivery of maintenance programs across the client’s portfolio in China.
• Provide comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management support for technical & soft services and ensure agreed Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets are met;
• Proactively assist in the financial and other targets established to ensure high level of client satisfaction.

Health and Safety

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards and work proactively with the account’s EHS Manager;
• Ensure that service delivery teams and on-site vendors undergo a Health and Safety Induction training prior to deployment on site;
• Ensure all safety procedures, including Crisis Management/Business Continuity and Emergency Procedures are maintained at all times and keep the EHS Manager duly informed of any safety incidents;
• Upkeep system drawings and good documentation practices.

Client Satisfaction

• High level of communications within the organization and with the client.
• Improvements and savings initiatives for the client as well as JLL
• Identification of business opportunities for JLL with the client. 
• Ensure the KPI targets for the account are met.

Sound like you? To apply you will have:

• A university degree or professional qualifications in engineering, real estate or facility management;

• 10 years practical experience in property or facility management;
• Ability to think laterally and deliver innovative solutions;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese languages;
• Management experience with strong interpersonal, decision-making and people skills.
