Your unique talents will help shape the future of healthcare while building a career grounded in purpose, growth, and impact.

A Day in the Life

At Medtronic, our Global Cardiac Surgical Therapies business is transforming the future of surgical heart care through an innovative portfolio spanning heart valve replacement and repair, coronary artery bypass surgery, surgical ablation, and left atrial appendage management. Every day, our technologies help cardiac surgeons treat some of the world's most complex cardiovascular diseases, improving outcomes for patients across the globe.

As our business continues to grow through new product launches, geographic expansion, and an increasingly diverse portfolio, operational excellence has become a strategic competitive advantage. Successfully commercializing life-saving technologies requires seamless collaboration across Global Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Clinical, Finance, Regional Marketing, and Sales.

This is a newly created role designed to strengthen the marketing operations capabilities of the Global Cardiac Surgical Therapies organization as our portfolio, global footprint, and launch cadence continue to accelerate.
