As an HR Operation Intern at GE Vernova, you’ll work alongside an experienced HR Team, get hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle, and contribute to work that directly supports our people every day.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
Support day-to-day HR Operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and the preparation of employment and certificate letters.
Maintain and manage HR documentation – including document preparation, collection, scanning, filling and retrieval.
Work with HR systems to help keep employee records accurate and up to date.
Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks as needed.
Contribute to HR projects and employee engagement events, bringing energy and a collaborative mindset.
Take on ad hoc tasks that support the broader HR team as priorities arise

Required
Strong attention to detail and comfort with routine, process-driven work
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work on-site at least 2 days per week for the full 6 month duration.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Preferred
Prior exposure to HR, administration, or office support (through coursework, volunteering, or previous work experience)
Eagerness to learn and grow within an HR function
