What you contribute: Strong ability to interpret architects' project concepts and translate them into practical, executable technical solutions. Strong expertise in standards and regulations, with the ability to transfer knowledge and provide guidance for project execution. Acting as the technical key connector between client, architect, contractor, and team members.

Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written. Knowledge of French and German is an asset. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, especially in construction or architecture-related fields. Proficient in AutoCAD, delivering precise drawings while independently solving design challenges and ensuring technical accuracy.
