Within the EunaCon Consulting Group, EunaCon Attorneys-At-Law is a licensed Chinese Law firm which provides legal services to medium sized foreign firms in China. Our clients include manufacturing, trading and service companies, in most cases with shareholders from the German speaking countries. As our business is expanding rapidly, we are now seeking a highly motivated Lawyer (Location: Pudong, Shanghai)
Responsibilities:
Independently manage common project work, including: client communication, case strategy, document preparation etc.;
Provide solutions to inquiries from clients in the fields of corporate law, labor law, compliance etc.;
Review or draft legal documents, agreements, i.e. transaction documents and general commercial contracts;
Conduct complex legal investigation and research, provide thorough analyses and reach appropriate conclusions.

Minimum LLB degree;
PRC Bars qualification;
Hold lawyer's license 3 years would be an advantage;
At least 3 years working experience with a foreign law firm in China or a PRC law firm;
Good knowledge in corporate law, labor law, trademark and compliance;
Good experiences in case negotiation is preferred;
Excellent oral and written English, German would be a plus;
Cooperative and strong sense of responsibility;
Good communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex situation to diverse audiences;
Self-disciplined and motivated, open-minded, proactive and hands-on;
Experience in western business practice is preferred.
