供应链团队实习岗位，参与意大利及国际市场的物流操作。主要负责DDT开具、拣货管理、物流文件准备、运输流程监控及异常处理，并协助库存管理工作。
We are looking for a candidate to be placed in an internship within the Supply Chain team, where they will have the opportunity to acquire skills in the main logistics processes and actively contribute to operational activities related to DDT issuance and picking management, both for the Italian and international markets.
Working alongside the team, the candidate will have the opportunity to develop operational skills in the following activities:
- Support in the management of national and international shipments
- Issuance of DDT for the transfer of finished products to the external logistics warehouse
- Preparation of logistics documentation (DDT, picking list, transport documents) for instrumentation and spare parts
- Document control and monitoring of logistics flows
- Monitoring of shipment flows and management of any anomalies
- Collaboration with logistics partners and freight forwarders
- Support in inventory activities and warehouse management
The following complete the profile: organizational skills, precision, availability, and a team-oriented attitude. During the internship, there will also be the opportunity to interact with different company departments.
The candidate will be based at the DIESSE offices in Strada dei Laghi 39, Zona Industriale Casone, Entrance 3 - 53035 Monteriggioni (SI).
The main requirements for the activation of the internship are:
- High school diploma in Accounting and/or Bachelor's degree in Economics
- Good knowledge of the English language (B2 level) and Italian language (C2 level)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Basic knowledge of accounting
