Position: COORDINATEUR(TRICE) QSEé SYSTEME EN CDD DE 6 MOIS (F/H) for missions on the scope of Gerflor sites in France, based in Tarare. Reporting to the Group RSE/QSEé Manager. Responsible for implementing, monitoring and improving the Gerflor Management System in line with ISO 9001, EN 9100, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 & ISO 45001 standards. Has authority to ensure requirements of standards for which the company is certified or plans to be certified are permanently implemented. Coordinates the continuous improvement approach via process approach and ensures consistency of the documentation system.

Main missions:
- Participate in defining, deploying and maintaining the Gerflor SM in accordance with standards for which Gerflor is certified or plans to be certified
- Manage the documentation system: ensure global consistency, homogeneity at group level, and conformity of major documents with normative requirements; support and train actors in using the GED tool
- Manage the internal QSEé audit process: animate the panel of auditors, plan audits, follow their realization, follow the progress of associated action plans with pilots, realize reporting and analysis of the audit process
- Realize internal audits (lead auditor)
