Ionbond 西芝加哥涂层中心招聘质量控制检验员，负责检验涂层厚度、附着力、表面光洁度及硬度等指标，使用精密测量仪器并维护日常记录，主持控制计划、产品及 5S 等审核工作，向 QHSE 经理汇报。

If so, a Quality Control Inspector position with Ionbond – West Chicago Coating Center could be an excellent opportunity for you. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining our high standards of quality and precision, directly impacting customer satisfaction. This position reports to the QHSE Manager at our West Chicago facility.
What do we ask?
- Inspect coated parts for coating thickness, coating adherence, surface finish, substrate & coating hardness, size and appearance, records inspection information consistent with prescribed methods and procedures
- Conduct audits under supervision; control plan audits, product audits, 5S, HSE, QMS self-assessment and customer supplied audit forms
- Responsibility for relevant Document and Data control, updates and maintains daily inspection logs in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain a clean workstation; ensure it is functioning within required safety guidelines, and maintaining lab equipment
- Communicates effectively to supervision and operating personnel to achieve optimum continuity of workflow and quality, and any other job-related problems
- Use precision measuring instruments and makes precision inspection set-ups
- Responsible for 5S Program (continuous improvement) in the QC area and other areas where assigned
- Other duties as assigned

Two plus years' experience in a manufacturing environment completing QC inspections and procedures. Minimum high school education with sufficient knowledge gained through experience.
