We're looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Streaming Affiliate Finance FP&A team in Budapest. If you're passionate about financial planning, business partnering, and process improvement, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing, evolving business.
 
 
What You'll Do
 
As a Senior Analyst, you'll support the financial planning and analysis activities for Paramount's Streaming Affiliate business, partnering closely with Finance and business stakeholders across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the preparation of the Long Range Plan, Annual Operating Plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reviews
Managing revenue and cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Monitoring business performance, identifying financial risks and opportunities, and providing meaningful insights to leadership
Supporting the evaluation of new commercial initiatives and strategic business opportunities
Building strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to support informed decision-making
Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and reporting
Driving automation, standardization, and efficiency across finance operations
Preparing ad hoc financial analyses, reports, and presentations as required

 
 
What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
4+ years of FP&A and/or Accounting experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Experience with SAP, Oracle and/or Longview is a plus
Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, or equivalent accounting standards
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
