How You'll Make an Impact
During your first 12 months, you will complete classroom and instructor led training in Orlando, FL and Houston, TX (Deer Park) and participate in on-the-job training with expert engineers at multiple customer sites across the US. This will include working directly with our leading staff of field service engineers to develop skills in equipment operation, maintenance, job site safety, project management, leadership, and Siemens Energy's business systems.

- Experience working around rotating equipment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to travel extensively across North America for up to 250 days per year, with assignments lasting from 2 to 15 weeks at a time, and a willingness to work extended hours of 12-14 hours per day, including weekends and holidays, resulting in a typical work week of 60-84 hours.
- A self-starting leader who effectively utilizes available resources to create innovative solutions for challenging mechanical issues.
- Must be physically capable of ascending and descending ladders, inspecting equipment in confined spaces, and lifting boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
