- Identify opportunities to improve HR Shared Services and student program processes by simplifying workflows, reducing manual effort, and enhancing the employee, candidate, and student experience.
- Explore and recommend ways to leverage technology, automation, reporting tools, and digital communication platforms to improve recruitment coordination, onboarding, program administration, and HR service delivery.
- Perform other related responsibilities as assigned or required.
What We Are Looking For:
- Undergraduate or graduate full-time student attending an accredited college or university, preferably pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.

- Interest in human resources, talent acquisition, university relations, student programs, employee experience, or process improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, students, employees, managers, and HR partners.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-service mindset with strong follow-up, problem-solving, collaboration, and ownership skills.
- Curious and comfortable exploring ways to improve processes, leverage technology, and simplify work.
