负责设备及机械结构设计与现场技术支持，推动生产工艺持续改进。要求机械设计及自动化本科及以上学历（985/211 优先），五年以上非标自动化设计经验，具备良好的沟通理解能力。
I. SUMMARY OF POSITION:
In charge of equipment & mechanism design.
Offer on-site technical support for equipment maintenance.
Promote and assist with continuous production improvement.
II. DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES (End Results Expected):
Carry out mapping, design, outsourcing and acceptance of parts, and track their operating status.
Support on-site technicians to repair production equipment in a timely manner when necessary.
Improve functions of existing equipment mechanisms for production, new products and new processes; develop and design new equipment, tools and fixtures.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
Willing to accept work assignments, with strong communication and comprehension skills.
BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Mechanical Design and Automation.(preferably from 211/985 universities)
REQUIRED / MANDATORY EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of experience in non-standard automation design.
