Position Overview 岗位概况：Leading production team, manage facility and jig/tester ect. Organize team to finish customer assembly order on time on quality; practices TOMRA's values and culture to support stable, lean and sustainable production, team's safety & development; optimize production efficiency and productivity with reasonable and scientific way. 该岗位全面负责车间生产运营，包括组织团队安全的按时高质量的完成和交付客户组装订单，管理相关生产设备及工装治具；践行陶朗的价值观和文化，支持生产团队成员的成长，打造一个稳定，精益和可持续的团队；通过合理和科学的方法持续优化生产率以及生产效率。
