Finacial Senior Officer 財務高級主任

岗位职责：

Responsibilities

· Financial and Management Accounting - full set accounting and prepare management account of the Central Kitchen

· Inventory Management – Conduct regular stock take for raw materials, food inventory for the warehouses, analyze inventory variance, wastage, breakage and slow-moving stock

· Fixed Asset Tracking &
Control – Manage the complete lifecycle of fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, physical fixed assets verification and disposal

· Audit &
Document Control - coordinate fully with external auditors for annual statutory audit and prepare schedules for audits, tax filing and statutory reporting.

岗位职责

 - 财务及管理会计：负责中央厨房全套账务处理，编制管理会计报表

 - 存货管理：定期对仓库原材料、食品存货进行盘点；分析存货差异、损耗、破损及呆滞存货情况

 - 固定资产追踪与管控：负责固定资产全生命周期管理，包含资产资本化、折旧计提、固定资产实物盘点及资产处置

 - 审计与文件管控：全面配合外部审计师完成年度法定审计工作，编制审计工作底稿、税务申报资料及法定申报报表

任职要求：
Job Requirements

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.

Ø 3–5 years Hong Kong accounting experience, have F&
B / restaurant industry experience preferrable.

Ø Knowledgeable in Hong Kong taxation, full set accounts and year-end closing.

Ø Familiar with restaurant POS system ERP and Oracle FMS, inventory control and food costing calculation.

Ø Proficient in Excel (Pivot table, xLOOKUP, financial formula).

Ø Holder of ACCA / HKICPA / CPA qualification is a big advantage.

Ø Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Ø Detail-minded, able to handle multi-outlet accounts and work under month-end pressure.

Ø Well-organized, independent and able to work with minimal supervision.

任职要求

 - 会计、财务或相关专业本科或以上学历

- 三至五 年香港会计工作经验，有餐饮行业经验优先

 - 熟悉香港税务法规、全套账务处理及年末结账流程

 - 熟悉餐饮 POS 系统、ERP 以及 Oracle FMS 系统，掌握存货管控及食品成本核算

 - 熟练使用 Excel（数据透视表、VLOOKUP 函数、各类财务公式）

 - 持有 ACCA / HKICPA / CPA 专业资格者优先考虑

 - 流利掌握粤语、普通话及英语

 - 心思缜密，能够处理多门店账务，可承受月末结账工作压力

 - 工作条理清晰、具备独立工作能力，可在较少监督下完成工作
