Job Responsibilities:
Sales Performance
Achieve sales targets for volume, revenue, market share, and contribution across all industrial plaster products and services.
Track sales progress from inquiry to order closure, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.
Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding customer relationships.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the development of annual strategic plans.
Market Information and Sales Analysis
Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback for up-to-date area analysis.
Submit monthly reports, offering insights on market trends, customer performance, and sales opportunities, and share market insights and recommendations for business development during monthly meetings.
Provide feedback to management on emerging trends and market dynamics to guide strategic decisions.
