Description
Plan and operate private domain social media content, taking responsibility for content performance and data results.
Identify and collect UGC (user-generated content) across multiple channels and build a KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) tiering system.
Transform brand materials into private domain content, including community messaging templates, WeChat Moments posting guidelines, and training materials.
Maintain customer relationships through one-on-one communication via WeCom (Enterprise WeChat).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of social media operations experience.
Strong copywriting skills and familiarity with content strategies for WeChat Moments and community-based marketing.
Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt brand content into private domain communication formats.
