• Develop customer-facing documentation, including user guides, reference manuals, integration guides, and quick start guides
• Work closely with engineering and customer support teams to gather information and ensure the readability, technical accuracy, and completeness of the product documentation
• Use documentation generation agent, other AI agents, and configurable documentation workflows to generate and QA documents, and meet release schedules
