4+ years of experience selling digital media or advertising solutions in the China market, with a proven track record of driving new business.
Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a healthy pipeline, and accurately forecasting revenue.
Demonstrated success presenting, negotiating, and closing complex advertising deals with brands and agencies.
Experience using data and insights to identify opportunities and shape client strategies.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to improve research, prospecting, proposal creation, and daily sales workflows.
Team player – the advertising sales manager will engage with stakeholders across the business including but not limited to account management, marketing, legal and product.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience selling DTC e-commerce advertising or e-commerce related products
Hands-on experience with market/competitive research tools such as SimilarWeb to support prospecting and account planning.
