Job Responsibilities:
负责参与需求及设计评审，制定集成测试计划，编写高质量的测试用例和测试脚本；
负责执行集成测试，包括API接口、数据库及业务流程测试，及时提交并跟踪缺陷直至闭环；
负责测试环境的部署与维护，使用工具（如Jenkins/Python）进行接口自动化及压力测试；
负责编写清晰、标准的测试报告，对测试结果进行分析，评估上线风险；
负责与开发、产品团队紧密协作，定位问题根因，推动项目按计划推进。
基础要求：
全日制本科及以上学历（硕士优先），计算机/软件工程/电子/自动化/车辆工程专业；
年以上汽车电子软件测试经验，其中至少3年专注软件架构级集成测试，有量产项目（CP或AP）的完整软件集成测试交付经历。

软技能
架构视角：能从系统全局（而非单一模块）理解软件设计意图，具备“测试即设计验证”的思维；
严谨性：对接口定义、数据类型、时序约束等细节高度敏感；
沟通能力：能清晰地向软件架构师反馈架构缺陷，并提出可落地的测试建议。
加分项（优先考虑）
功能安全：ISO 26262 ASIL-B 项目架构测试经验，熟悉FFI验证方法；
分布式架构：有跨域（Radar/ADCU/Camera）通信集成的架构测试经验；
模型驱动：能基于EA（Enterprise Architect）自动生成测试脚本；
标准合规：熟悉ASPICE对架构集成测试的证据要求。
