We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Manager Bespoke Products to join our team in the beautiful Peak District National Park. As an integral part of the Engineering team, you will manage and oversee all functions of customer specific developments, define the design and oversee the project management of bespoke products.

Responsibilities & what to expect:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of custom furnace projects (L3/L4) — from concept and design through manufacture, testing and commissioning — ensuring every product is fit for purpose, fully functional, cost-effective, and high quality.
- Provide hands-on project management across concurrent custom builds, proactively identifying and mitigating technical, financial and schedule-related risks to keep projects on track.
- Mentor, guide and lead Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and Project Managers, supporting their continuous professional development.
- Act as a senior technical point of contact for a global customer base across academia and industry, translating complex, bespoke requirements into robust, innovative engineering solutions.
