DEUTSCH

Zoll- und Außenhandels-Compliance
Unterstützung der Zoll- und Außenhandels-Compliance-Aktivitäten in Europa sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von EU-weiten und nationalen Zollvorschriften für Import- und Exportprozesse.
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, Zollagenten, Logistikdienstleistern und weiteren Servicepartnern, um korrekte Zollanmeldungen und effiziente Zollprozesse sicherzustellen.
Koordination von Anfragen von Zollbehörden, Audits, nachträglichen Zollprüfungen (Post-Clearance Reviews) sowie der zugehörigen Compliance-Dokumentation.
Unterstützung bei der Zolltarifierung, Zollwertermittlung, Ursprungsbestimmung, der Nutzung von Freihandelsabkommen sowie bei besonderen Zollverfahren.

Kostenmanagement und Optimierung des Außenhandels
Durchführung von Analysen zu Zollkosten, Bewertung von Zolleinflüssen sowie Mitwirkung an Initiativen zur Senkung von Handelskosten, um Einsparpotenziale und Prozessverbesserungen zu identifizieren.
Unterstützung bei Zollkostenprognosen, Landed-Cost-Analysen, Beschaffungsbewertungen, KPI-Reportings sowie dem Monitoring der Leistung von Zoll- und Brokerage-Dienstleistern.

Anlagenübertragungen und Intercompany-Aktivitäten
Unterstützung der Zoll-Compliance bei konzerninternen Lieferungen, Anlagen- und Vermögensübertragungen, Werkzeugverlagerungen sowie operativen Veränderungen innerhalb Europas.
Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Finanzen, Logistik, Steuern und Operations, um zollrechtliche Auswirkungen und Bewertungsaspekte zu beurteilen.

Compliance-Governance und kontinuierliche Verbesserung
Unterstützung bei Compliance-Audits, Risikobewertungen, Management-Reportings und Schulungsmaßnahmen im Bereich Zoll-Compliance.
Beobachtung regulatorischer Entwicklungen, Unterstützung strategischer Supply-Chain-Initiativen sowie Mitwirkung an Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Transformation von Zollprozessen.

Asset Transfers &
Intercompany Activities
Support customs compliance for intercompany shipments, asset transfers, tooling movements, and operational changes across Europe.
Partner with finance, logistics, tax, and operations teams to assess customs impacts and valuation considerations.

Compliance Governance &
Continuous Improvement
Support compliance audits, risk assessments, management reporting, and customs compliance training activities.
Monitor regulatory developments, support strategic supply chain initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement and customs transformation projects.

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Supply Chain Management, Internationalem Handel, Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik, Finanzen (oder ähnlich)
2 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Zoll- und Außenhandels-Compliance, Import-/Exportabwicklung oder internationaler Handel in einem multinationalen Umfeld, Automobilindustrie bevorzugt
Fundierte Kenntnisse der EU-Zollvorschriften, des Zollkodex der Union (UZK) sowie von Import- und Exportprozessen
Erfahrung in den Bereichen Zolltarifierung, Zollwertermittlung, Ursprungsbestimmung, Freihandelsabkommen, Zollprüfungen sowie im Umgang mit Zollbehörden
Gutes Verständnis besonderer Zollverfahren, einschließlich AEO (Zugelassener Wirtschaftsbeteiligter), Zolllagerverfahren, Aktive Veredelung (Inward Processing Relief, IPR) oder vergleichbarer Programme
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Zollagenten, Spediteuren sowie externen Dienstleistern im Bereich Trade Compliance
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Excel sowie ERP-Systemen wie SAP, Oracle, Plex oder vergleichbaren Plattformen
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

ENGLISH
Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, Logistics, Finance or a related field
2-5 years experience in customs compliance, trade compliance, import/export operations or international trade within a multinational environment – ideally in an automotive environment
Strong knowledge of EU customs regulations, the Union Customs Code (UCC) and import/export processes
Experience with tariff classification, customs valuation, origin determination, free trade agreements, customs audits and customs authority interactions
Good understanding of special customs procedures, including AEO, Customs Warehousing, Inward Processing Relief (IPR) or similar programs
Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders and third-party trade compliance providers
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Plex or comparable platforms
Fluent language knowledge in German and English
