为使用WinGD二冲程发动机的客户提供LTSA高级技术支持，包括故障排除、根本原因分析和技术报告。要求机械工程本科或硕士学位，具备扎实的二冲程船用发动机知识和远程诊断经验。
Responsabilities:
Provide high-level technical support to customers operating WinGD 2-stroke engines under LTSA (Long Term Service Agreement)
Ensure timely handling of customer inquiries, investigations, and troubleshooting activities
Contribute through Root Cause Analysis, technical reporting, and continuous improvement
Support product development activities and cooperate with WIDE Remote Monitoring Centers
Provide Technical Customer Support and perform Technical Analysis and Troubleshooting
Reporting and Documentation
Product Improvement and Knowledge Development
Requirements:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent educational background
Strong experience and knowledge of 2-stroke marine engines and their operation
Experience in field service activities or knowledge of WinGD products so as customer support processes are considered an advantage
Experience in technical troubleshooting, performance analysis, and remote investigations
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and systematic problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented approach with commitment to delivering high-quality technical support
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and digital reporting tools
Strong command of English, both written and spoken
Passion for learning, new technologies, and continuous professional development
