Intralogistics Manager

We are seeking a Intralogistics Manager to join the team at Girbau Vic.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead intralogistics planning and capacity management, ensuring alignment with production and operations strategy.
- Optimize internal material flows (warehouse, plant, and inter-factory logistics), improving efficiency, costs, and traceability.
- Analyze and control intralogistics costs, defining and monitoring efficiency and profitability KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement through analysis, selection, and implementation of appropriate technologies for warehousing systems and logistics flows.
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of indicators in SAP Analytics, Power BI.
- Lead and develop the intralogistics team, fostering professional growth and development.
- Apply Lean methodologies and emerging technologies to automate and improve processes.
- Participate in expansion projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and supply chain teams, participating in strategic projects such as the future factory model.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement throughout all logistics operations.
