Community Liason Officer

Lavozim: Jamoatchilik bilan aloqalar bo'yicha xodim / Position: Community Liaison Officer. Bo'lim: Atrof-muhit va ijtimoiy / Division: Environmental and Social. To'g'ridan to'g'ri bo'ysunish: Ijtimoiy menejeri / Direct Supervisor: Social Impact Manager.

JOB PURPOSE: Community Liaison Officer (CLO) maintains regular communication with affected stakeholders. The CLO will be knowledgeable about the project region and will be able to speak local language.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Identifying, informing and recording public and social views, opinions & grievances and or relaying them to the necessary personnel for follow up;
• Setting up a grievance complaint tracker system to keep track of the type of complaints filed, the complainant and status of each complaint;
• Publicising &
Distributing information to applicable stakeholders and translation of the material into applicable languages;
• Handling minor, straightforward issues related to information requests from complainants;
• Seeking guidance from other members of management on the review of specific complaints, such as the need to inform the Project Company (or other Project participants) of the content of specific complaints or the response to them;
• Ensuring all external grievances received are properly logged, addressed and managed within the timeframes detailed in this procedure;
• Keeping up to date with any changes in stakeholder engagement and grievance compliance obligations.
