Business Development Manager
What you will enjoy doing
Acquisition of new customers and develop potential business
Follow up current sales projects by defining customers' needs
Provide solutions to support customers in their logistics and production activities
Identifying and developing new business segment/customer in line with / to meet company target
Establishment and maintain customer relationship
Market analysis on customers and competitors
Participation in tenders and follow up actions in offers, negotiations, project follow ups
Negotiations of all kinds of price, contracts, etc
Elaboration of business plans and article calculations
Support and advise Regional Management in all kinds of decisions
Coordination all kind of customer requests and issues which covers commercial tasks e.g. international tenders, finance, operations, quality or technics
What makes you great
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration and related field
Min. 8+ years of experience in Business Development/sales of mass packaging products and / or related activities in domestic market and clients
Experience in rigid packaging industry
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data using various tools and techniques
Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems using data-driven insights
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau), and familiarity with marketing technologies
Business Acumen: Understanding of business objectives and how marketing efforts contribute to overall business goals
Fluent spoken and written English is a must
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good at analytical and presentation capabilities
