维护工程主管，负责预防性维护和机器维修，领导技术团队，处理故障根因分析。需工程学士学位，5年以上经验，熟悉PLC、电气、液压及气动系统，周一至周六工作。
What you will enjoy doing
Lead preventive maintenance and machine repair activities
Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and drive root cause analysis
Supervise and develop a team of maintenance technicians
Plan maintenance schedules and maintain machine history records
Support new machine installation and improvement projects
Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and 5S standards
Monitor spare parts, maintenance performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
What makes you great
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, or related Engineering field
Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering maintenance with supervisory responsibility
Strong knowledge of PLC, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, motor controls, and preventive maintenance
Experience in manufacturing (plastic packaging experience is an advantage)
Good command of English
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coaching skills
Working Schedule & Location
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Hours: 07.00 - 16.00 hrs. (OT Required until 19.00 hrs.)
Location: TFD Industrial Estate 2, Chachoengsao
