Essential Functions
Coordinate daily production schedules, workforce allocation, and line pacing to meet output targets and KPIs Monitor equipment availability and communicate maintenance needs to minimize unplanned downtime Support root-cause investigations for quality deviations, line stoppages, or production scrap; assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Coordinate with other departments (e.g. Procurement, Planning, Warehouse) under supervisor guidance to balance production demand, inventory levels, and order fulfillment Help maintain stock accuracy across raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods Participate in cycle counts, periodic physical inventory audits, and discrepancy reconciliations Monitor inventory turnover, scrap rates, and shelf-life constraints; escalate issues as needed Ensure proper storage compliance, lot/batch traceability, and controlled handling where required Support warehouse receiving, staging, picking, packing, and dispatch operations Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and cross-functional partners Provide day-to-day guidance to team members and contribute to a positive, high-performance work environment Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives Other projects or responsibilities as may be required
Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in biology related field 1–3 years of relevant biotechnology work experience
Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience
Master's degree in biology related field Working knowledge of equipment and processes used in protein purification and conjugation Working knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485 regulations as well as quality management systems Familiarity with ERP systems
