Description
Create and edit thoughtful content around youth mental health, psychology, body image, social relationships, education, personal development and social innovation.
Manage content across Xiaohongshu, WeChat Official Account and WeChat Channels, including publishing and comment moderation.
Follow and document creative projects such as mental health exhibitions, art therapy courses, community activities, and collaborations with hospitals and universities.
Produce event announcements, interviews, personal stories and project recaps.
Organize and archive photos, videos, artwork and other project materials to build a reusable content library.
Participate in editorial discussions, content planning and regular reviews of the team's content direction.
Contribute to column planning, interviews, video concepts and original content based on personal interests.

Requirements
Genuine interest in mental health, psychology, art, philosophy, youth development or social innovation.
Strong writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to understand a topic and communicate it clearly.
Verifiable experience in social media operations, writing, interviewing, design or related projects.
Familiarity with platforms such as Xiumi, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Official Account and WeChat Channels, with an understanding of platform operations and algorithms.
Basic skills in AI tools, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut or other editing and design tools.
Responsible, detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to manage schedules and deliver work on time.
Respect for different life experiences and an understanding of privacy, ethics and boundaries in mental health communication.
Willingness to learn and communicate openly when facing difficulties or challenges.
