Description
Participate in the early-stage planning of key projects, including background research, case studies, information organization and proposal support based on project themes.
Assist in preparing project proposals, work plans and related execution documents.
Create and maintain project timelines, track task progress, material lists and on-site execution.
Coordinate with editorial, design, business and external partners, organize requirements and feedback, and support smooth project execution.
Assist with the preparation and execution of events, exhibitions and other creative projects.
Prepare meeting notes, organize project files and support project reviews, as well as handle other project-related tasks when needed.

Requirements
Preferred background in communication, architecture, design, art, cultural studies or related fields.
Strong interest in creative content, with basic research, information organization and proposal writing skills.
Strong time management, communication and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to identify, follow up on and solve problems proactively.
Familiar with basic office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Feishu.
Responsible, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
Previous experience in event, exhibition or creative project execution is a plus.
