管理店铺日常运营，接待顾客介绍产品服务，管理库存和订单，培训管理兼职团队，协助品牌和社区活动举办。
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store according to company standards.
Welcome customers, explain products and services, and follow up with customers throughout the service process.
Manage store inventory and handle orders for incoming and outgoing products.
Manage and train the part-time team, making sure they understand the company's business model and values and can take on store operations.
Assist with brand and community events.
Requirements
Passion for the outdoor industry and a strong understanding of the importance of environmental protection.
Friendly and approachable, with a genuine interest in customer service and the ability to listen to customers and answer their questions patiently.
Proactive, quick to learn, and attentive to customer needs.
Strong execution skills, with a careful and responsible approach to work and the ability to follow company standards.
1-2 years of retail work experience. A background in the outdoor or sports industry is preferred but not required.
