Position Summary:
Based in Camas, WA the Shipping/Receiving Clerk will perform essential job functions associated with heat treatment under the direction of the Customer Service Manager to meet customer specifications including assisting other employees as needed.

Essential Job Functions (Duties and Responsibilities): The primary duties consist of, but are not limited to the following.
· Maintains shipping and receiving area as needed.
· Assists with loading and unloading trucks.
· Interacts with customers as needed to clarify or communicate discrepancies and schedules.
· Inspects and records incoming and outgoing orders for count, damage, dates, etc.
· Brings any irregularities or other discrepancies/concerns to supervisor immediately.
· Promotes and practices safety and good housekeeping.
· Performs other tasks as assigned or dictated by position.
· This position is responsible for the care and treatment of our customer's inventory and as such will perform duties in a safe and responsible manner to prevent customer loss or damage.
· Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures and accept constructive criticism.
