负责组装设备的改进、开发和维护，开展预防性保养和校准工作，及时排除测试车间设备故障，确保无重大设备宕机。
Perform improvement, development and sustaining of assembly equipment. To maintain the assembly line especially on preventive maintenance and calibration. Troubleshoot and maintain assembly equipment in test production floor. To ensure that no major equipment breakdown.
Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Computer, Telecommunications Engineering or any other related discipline. Related working experience in Back-End Semiconductor Assembly will be an advantage. Ability to multi-task simultaneous projects. Equip with strong analytical skill, planning skill and troubleshooting skill.
