Graduate engineer is a structured program designed to provide exposure to different engineering departments to gain practical experiences and guild strong technical foundation to support company advancement. Incumbents are to participate in a series of rotations assignment across different engineering departments or functions in span of 12.5 months. Rotations include assembly or test areas such as production, maintenance, engineering, quality control, technology development, and more. Permanent position with 6 months' probation period. Fresh graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science. Good command of languages in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking and writing proficiency will be an added advantage. Computer literate. Proficient in Word / Excel / Power Point. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
