The Legal Counsel role will be responsible for comprehensive in-house legal support covering the full lifecycle development of life science products .
You are expected to have mature experience in handling legal support in global clinical research and commercialization work.

Responsibilities：
l Conduct research and analysis of legal documents, including regulations, contracts, and other legal documents, to provide legal opinions and advice to the company.
l Draft, review, and amend contracts in both English and Chinses to ensure compliance with legal requirements and protect the company’s interests.
l Monitor and address legal risks, promptly report to superiors, and propose appropriate solutions.
l Provide legal consultation support and resolve related issues.
l Maintain and update legal documents and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
l Participate in training and educational activities to enhance different functions’ awareness and understanding of legal and
compliance matters.
l Other responsibilities instructed by the legal and compliance head.
Requirements：
l Bachelor’s degree or above in Law from reputable university in China or overseas; international study
background is preferred.
l 8+ years working experience, Biotech. Biopharma or pharma background is a must, inhouse or law firm experience are both welcomed.
l Solid legal knowledge, familiar with relevant laws and regulations; Experienced skills in contracting and review; Good
commercial sense.
l Being experienced in R&D, clinical operation and commercialization support.
l Excellent capacity of reading, reviewing, drafting and negotiation in English.
l Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals from diverse
backgrounds.
l Team player with the ability to work closely with team members to accomplish tasks.
l High sense of responsibility and confidentiality to handle sensitive information and safeguard it properly.
l Excellent time management and organizational skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
l Proactive learing attitude and good team work.
